The Schneider BMXAMO0802 is an eight-channel high-level analog output module for the Modicon X80 automation platform. It is designed to generate standard industrial current signals for process instruments, variable speed drives, valve positioners, actuators and other compatible analog-control devices.
The module supports 0–20 mA and 4–20 mA output ranges. Its eight-channel architecture provides a high-density solution for automation systems requiring multiple analog current commands from one X80 rack position.
The BMXAMO0802 must be configured in the EcoStruxure Control Expert hardware project. Output range, engineering scaling, fallback behavior, diagnostic response and field wiring must be checked for every channel before commissioning.

The BMXAMO0802 is suitable for water-treatment systems, process skids, manufacturing lines, HVAC equipment, pumping stations and industrial machinery requiring several analog current outputs.
Typical controlled devices include variable speed drives, electro-pneumatic valve positioners, current converters, dosing equipment and process actuators using 0–20 mA or 4–20 mA reference signals.
The selected output range must match the receiving equipment. Cable shielding, loop grounding, load impedance, channel scaling and safe fallback values should be reviewed before startup.
Verify the complete BMXAMO0802 commercial reference. BMXAMO0210 and BMXAMO0410 provide fewer output channels and may support different signal configurations.
The BMXAMO0802 should not be replaced with a voltage-output or mixed analog I/O module solely because the modules have a similar physical appearance.
Before removing the original module, document the rack and slot position, output range for every channel, scaling values, fallback configuration, wiring, terminal-block reference and firmware revision.
After installation, test each active channel with a calibrated current meter or loop-testing instrument before reconnecting critical process equipment.
Related analog output modules include BMXAMO0210 with two outputs and BMXAMO0410 with four outputs.
BMXAMM0600 is a mixed analog input and output module with four inputs and two outputs and is not a direct replacement for this eight-output module.
Please provide the complete module reference, CPU and rack models, rack-slot position, required output ranges, connected-device details, terminal-block requirement and firmware revision.
Terminal accessories, output-channel testing, product condition, firmware compatibility, regional availability and delivery time must be confirmed before quotation.
