The TOKYO KEIKI TOKIMEC TGMX2-3-PP-CW-G-50 is a modular hydraulic pressure reducing valve designed to regulate P-port pressure within a nominal adjustment range of approximately 1 to 14 MPa.

Pressure Control

The first P code identifies the controlled port, while the second P code identifies the pilot-pressure source. The valve therefore regulates the P-port circuit using pressure taken from the P line.

If secondary pressure rises above the selected setting, the valve can operate in relief mode. The effective system pressure is also influenced by tank-line back pressure.

Installation and Adjustment Notes

• Install the valve in the correct position within the ISO 4401-03 modular stack.
• Turn the hex socket adjustment screw clockwise to increase regulated pressure.
• Use the G1/8 gauge port to verify the actual secondary pressure.
• Do not assume that the maximum 60 L/min flow applies at every pressure setting.
• Clean hydraulic oil and correct filtration are required for stable pressure control.
• Release stored hydraulic pressure before servicing the valve stack.

Selection Notes

The C spring range provides approximately 1 to 14 MPa adjustment. It is not interchangeable in pressure-setting capability with the BW or BH versions, which use the lower B range of approximately 0.35 to 7 MPa.
