Mounting and Thermal Layout

Measure the available straight-line clearance before installation and confirm that the heater arrangement, insulation and guarding can accommodate the extended rigid section. Route the flexible capillary without twisting or sharply bending it. Manufacturer documentation specifies a maximum installation tightening torque of 56 Nm for the standard 1/2-20 UNF geometry; the diaphragm must never be used as a contact point for cleaning or alignment tools.

Configure the pressure channel for 0 bar at 4 mA and 350 bar at 20 mA. Connect the Type J thermocouple to a dedicated compatible input, preserving polarity and cold-junction compensation.
