The Schneider ATS22D75Q is a 75 A three-phase soft starter from the Altistart 22 series. It controls motor starting and stopping to reduce inrush current, mechanical shock and stress on industrial equipment.
The ATS22D75Q uses a 230–440 VAC main power circuit and a 230 VAC control supply. It is commonly selected for motors up to approximately 37 kW at 400 V under suitable normal-duty operating conditions.
The integrated bypass contactor reduces losses after the motor reaches operating speed. Native Modbus serial communication and an integrated display support setup, monitoring and replacement commissioning.

The ATS22D75Q is suitable for pumps, fans, compressors, conveyors, mixers and other industrial motor loads. The 75 A rating provides useful coverage for larger process and machine applications while remaining within the compact D-series range.
The approximate 37 kW value assumes a typical 400 V motor. High-inertia loads, frequent starts, severe-duty conveyors, crushers and long acceleration cycles may require a larger rated-current model.
Confirm the complete ATS22D75Q reference and the 230 VAC control supply before replacement. Do not substitute ATS22D75S6 or ATS22D75S6U without checking the electrical system.
Inspect the bypass contactor, power semiconductors, power terminals, control terminals, cooling system and enclosure ventilation. Check the stored fault history and verify that motor parameters and protection settings match the installed load.
During commissioning, confirm line voltage, motor current, starting mode, acceleration time, current limitation, thermal protection and Modbus communication settings.
Related 75 A models include ATS22D75S6 and ATS22D75S6U. Adjacent Q-series models include ATS22D62Q at 62 A and ATS22D88Q at 88 A.
Model selection must follow the motor rated current and application duty rather than selecting only by the nearest motor kW value.
Please provide the complete motor nameplate, starter nameplate, main voltage, control voltage, rated current, load type, starting time and starts per hour.
Condition, bypass-contactor status, powered-test requirements, availability and delivery time must be confirmed before quotation.
