The TOKYO KEIKI TOKIMEC P21VMR-10-CMC-20-S121B-J is a low-noise swash-plate variable displacement piston pump with a maximum displacement of 21 cm³/rev.

The pump is flange mounted, rotates clockwise when viewed from the shaft end and uses a CM pressure-compensator control with a maximum-displacement adjuster.

Hydraulic Control Function

When outlet pressure approaches the selected compensator setting, pump displacement is automatically reduced. This allows the pump to maintain circuit pressure without continuously delivering full flow across a relief valve.

The CM compensator provides an adjustment range up to approximately 10.5 MPa. This control setting is lower than the pump's 21 MPa maximum working-pressure rating.

• Fill the pump housing with hydraulic oil before first operation.
• Provide a direct low-pressure case-drain connection to the reservoir.

• Use a flexible coupling and maintain accurate shaft alignment.

The S121B-J suffix identifies a special manufacturer configuration. A pump with S121-J, no special suffix or an additional N5.5 suffix should not automatically be treated as identical.
