The Gefran M30-6-M-P05M-1-4-0 2130X000X00 is a mercury-filled M3-series melt pressure transducer identified by Gefran ordering number F008531. It measures polymer melt pressure over a verified 0–5000 psi range and produces a low-level 3.33 mV/V strain-gauge signal for connection to a compatible pressure indicator, controller or signal conditioner.
This M30 configuration uses a rigid-stem-only construction. It is intended for applications where the sensor electronics can be positioned directly behind the 6-inch rigid stem without requiring a flexible capillary section.

The rigid stem must place the pressure-sensitive diaphragm correctly within the process mounting hole while keeping the transducer housing within its permitted temperature range. Verify mounting-hole depth, thread condition, sealing surface and available clearance before installation. Do not use the housing to force a damaged thread into position.
The 3.33 mV/V output is not a 4–20 mA loop signal. The connected instrument must provide suitable bridge excitation and accept a low-level strain-gauge input. Confirm excitation voltage, connector pinout, R-Cal handling, shielding and controller scaling before energizing the system.
Do not clean the diaphragm with sharp or abrasive tools. Hardened polymer should be removed only by an approved procedure. Verify F008531 and the complete 2130X000X00 configuration because different diaphragm, accuracy, thread and stem codes can share a similar external appearance.
M30-6-M-P10M-1-4-0 2130X000X00 F008535 provides a 10,000 psi range. M31-6-M-P05M-1-4-D 2130X000X00 F008650 retains the 5000 psi range but adds an 18-inch flexible capillary. W3 and K3 models use different pressure-transmission fluids and temperature capabilities.
