Rigid-Stem Installation

The rigid stem must place the pressure-sensitive diaphragm correctly within the process mounting hole while keeping the transducer housing within its permitted temperature range. Verify mounting-hole depth, thread condition, sealing surface and available clearance before installation. Do not use the housing to force a damaged thread into position.

Signal Conditioning Requirements

The 3.33 mV/V output is not a 4–20 mA loop signal. The connected instrument must provide suitable bridge excitation and accept a low-level strain-gauge input. Confirm excitation voltage, connector pinout, R-Cal handling, shielding and controller scaling before energizing the system.

Maintenance and Replacement Notes

Do not clean the diaphragm with sharp or abrasive tools. Hardened polymer should be removed only by an approved procedure. Verify F008531 and the complete 2130X000X00 configuration because different diaphragm, accuracy, thread and stem codes can share a similar external appearance.
