The Schneider ELAU SH30553P12F2100 is a fully configured PacDrive SH055 servo motor corresponding to the legacy model SH055/80013/0/1/00/00/10/11/00. It provides 0.88 kW rated power, 1.05 Nm rated torque and an 8000 RPM rated speed.
This model combines a DIN 6885-A keyed shaft, an SKM36 multi-turn Hiperface encoder, an integrated 24 VDC holding brake and a shaft sealing ring. The motor must be selected as part of the complete motion axis. Verify the servo drive, controller project, motor current, load inertia, acceleration cycle, brake control and encoder configuration.
Confirm all elements of the full model number. A motor with the same 0.88 kW rating may still have a different shaft, encoder, brake or shaft-seal configuration.
Verify that the installed machine uses an SKM36 multi-turn encoder. Replacing it with an SKS36 single-turn motor may require controller changes, encoder setup and a new reference or homing procedure.
Check the keyed coupling, key dimensions, gearbox input, shaft seal, holding brake, motor cable, feedback cable and connector orientation. The brake should be tested for correct release and holding operation before the machine returns to service.
