Confirm the motor model, encoder type, holding brake, regenerative resistor or regenerative unit requirements, power supply capacity, circuit protection, contactor, power cable, encoder cable and control wiring. Thermal installation and cabinet ventilation should also be checked for this higher-current model.
A different SGDV interface code or a newer SGD7S drive must not be treated as a direct replacement without reviewing controller compatibility, wiring changes, parameters and mechanical dimensions.
