Confirm the actuator nameplate, 42P motor configuration, encoder type, CC-Link station settings, communication speed, PLC data mapping, firmware version, connector arrangement and stored parameter data. A newer PCON-CB family controller must not be treated as a direct replacement without checking the actuator, network configuration and machine wiring.
